Here’s Sarah Palin in ’06, defending the Gravina Bridge:
“We need to come to the defense of Southeast Alaska when proposals are on the table like the bridge and not allow the spinmeisters to turn this project or any other into something that’s so negative.”
You mean spinning federal funding for the “bridge to nowhere” as a negative thing is wrong? Hmmm……
Even after Palin’s support for federal assistance in building the bridge has been extensively verified, their campaign continues to say otherwise, as recently as this weekend. I guess they really do think we’re stupid.
